Betty has romantic dreams about how she'll spend her 24th birthday but when Charlie, Henry's pregnant ex-girlfriend, shows up, bent on regaining Henry's attention those plans seem fated to go awry. While Betty tries to make the best of her complicated romantic situation, Ignacio, Hilda and Justin would like nothing more than to see Betty enjoy another happy birthday with family. Even Gio intends to make Betty's birthday a happy one in his own way. Who will win out? The fates, family, or friends?
