Ohara and the others are protecting a witness who is suppose to testify against a criminal whom they've been trying to nail for years. But the man finds out where he is and kills him but a girl sees him. Ohara promises to protect her. He brings her to somewhere where he thinks she'll be safe but the man finds her. Ohara thinks there's a leak but has no time to find it. So he tries to protect as best he can.
