Bette grows jealous of Dolly Parton when the two tape a special together on Halloween. Bette also tries to talk Rose into going trick-or-treating one last time. Bette dresses as Dolly to take Rose out and the two get in trouble with the police who come to the TV studio and arrest the real Dolly Parton!
